With 20 years of multinational experience in the private sector, Riad Rouf brings a multidisciplinary entrepreneurial approach to leading the JITA team. Riad started his career with American Express and have had subsequent leadership roles in Youngone, Nokia, Emory and has also served as the CEO of Purnava, a Renata company.
As an experienced marketer and management professional, he likes to build cross-associations and believes in fostering and nurturing creativity and ideas amidst strict strategic frameworks. Riad has worked in Bangladesh and North America, takes a hands-on approach to every challenge and likes to lead by example.
Riad has an MBA from Clark University, MA, USA. He is a strong believer and champion of human rights and social justice in every endeavor he undertakes. He is passionate about design, modern art, and architecture. He loves travelling and cooking, and Real Madrid.

He is currently working at JITA, as an Assistant Project Manager, with the responsibility of overseeing the operations of grants, fundraising, project implementation, market system development, and analytics. Having demonstrated a strong ability in becoming a change maker, Shadman can work under pressure with multiple teams to achieve and exceed the specified results targeted. Sayed Shoyaib Imtiaz comes with more than 7year’s experience of working in the distribution, retail and consumer goods sector. Industry wide experience in telecom, renewable energy expertise, automotive battery industry, mobile handset industry, satellite communication (Akash Digital TV) Industry. Imtiaz is also a social worker. He is a founder of Abhaynagar blood bank, Oxygen bank and Food bank for supported community people, eight unions of Jashore’s Abhaynagar Upazilla with voluntary initiatives and received an award from United Nations Development Programme in Bangladesh for providing regular oxygen services to around more than 600 people through Oxygen Bank during (Covid-19) period. Imtiaz completed his BBS in Accounting from National University Bangladesh.

Amena Begum has experience of 19 years in the field of monitoring, evaluation and management. She started her career in Forest and Agriculture Development Sector of Care Bangladesh where she worked for 10 years. Amena, along with 5 other members of CARE, assisted in a research on Economic development of rural women under a project of Oxford University for 6 months. She has completed BA in Philosophy and Diploma in Library Science from Sa’dat University and College in Tangail. Currently, Amena is working as an Area Manager at JITA Social Business Bangladesh Ltd. and lives in Tangail with her family.
