Position: Area Manager
Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
- Graduate from any reputed University, preferably MBA major in Marketing.
- Minimum 04 (Four) years working experience in field sales management in FMCG or rural market preferable.
• Able to meet company revenue target assuring qualitative factors.
• Select HUB for market penetration according to business plan and develop strategy to hit sales target.
• Monitoring and ensuring Aparajita sales activities.
• Strengthening the relationship with each partner and managing and attending meeting with partners at local level.
• Provide administrative support to all regional staffs considering the relative costs and benefit of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one to smooth their work.
• Manage and develop the team.
Educational Requirements: Graduate from any reputed University, preferably MBA major in Marketing.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 04 (Four) years working experience in field sales management in FMCG or rural market preferable.
