Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka
- Create databases and capture market data (demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets)
- Accumulates facts, figures, trends, market intelligence etc. to facilitate marketing, distribution, sales and business development planning. Offer insights about business potentials
- Develop and implement sales impact monitoring and measurement
- Develop & manage effective Database Management Systems (DBMS) considering both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users
- Develop staff capacity who use the DBMS
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other market studies and implement best practices
- Analyze marketing metrics to identify cause-effect relationships and assess client’s promotional needs
- Generate reports (case studies, semester/annual report, business plan, special studies and other documents) that analyze competition and customers and present the findings to clients (preferably using PowerPoint or other professional presentation tools)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum graduation in business studies, economics and statistics from any reputed universities.
- 2-4 years’ experience in business and market analysis in FMCG, consulting/research firms or agencies.
- Experience with data analysis software and database management systems is a MUST.
